Thank you for your interest in ADM.  We deliver high quality Disability Management services to the California insurance industry.   Our highly experienced Disability Management staff work closely with all significant parties to coordinate successful and cost-effective outcomes for our customers.

Knowledge of community resources, excellent case management techniques, medical case management expertise and timely case reporting are representative of the skills we use to assist employees in attaining successful recovery, rehabilitation and eventual return- to-work. Our staff provide time-limited, goal-directed services that meet our customers’ needs.

We are confident you will see our Medical Case Managers demonstrate proven flexibility and expertise in the field. All of our nurses hold a minimum of an RN license. Many have additional advanced degrees or certifications together with varied clinical experiences in both hospital and outpatient treatment settings. All have come to ADM with extensive workers’ compensation and disability management experience. 

Collectively, the ADM staff have an average of over seventeen years in the Medical Case Management industry. This experience and expertise translates into quality, cost-effective, timely services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
