MCM Expertise

Collectively, our staff have an average of over thirteen years experience in the workers’ compensation industry alone. This experience and expertise includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

*Medical planning and goal setting
*Case planning
*Medical terminology
*Musculoskeletal & catastrophic injuries
*Physician and ancillary provider communications
*Return-to-work coordination
*Physical/Occupational therapy and work hardening

Many of our nurses hold one or more of the following professional, advanced certifications: Certified Case Manager (CCM),  Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) and/or Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).

Our nurses’ extensive experience assists the MCM in effectively interacting with employees, providers and employers, while providing the services needed to return employees to work in a safe, cost-effective and timely manner.
