Field Medical Case Management
ADM is “Setting the Standard of Excellence” in delivering high quality medical field case management services. We are confident you will see our Medical Case Managers (MCMs) demonstrate proven flexibility and expertise in the field. All of our nurses hold a minimum of an RN license. Many have additional advanced degrees or certifications. In addition, our MCM’s have varied clinical experiences in both hospital and outpatient treatment settings. All our field case managers have come to ADM with extensive workers’ compensation and disability management experience.
Our proactive, comprehensive, goal-directed medical case management services save our customers’ time and money while ensuring that employees receive the proper care and rehabilitation.
1. Facilitating recommended treatment plans so that appropriate, cost- effective medical care is provided to injured, ill or disabled employees.
2. Assessing alternate medical services for appropriateness and cost- effectiveness, based on established medical standards.
3. Facilitating injured or ill employees in following the prescribed medical and rehabilitation treatment plan.
4. Focusing medical plans towards return to work goals in a safe and timely manner.
