Life Care Plans

Many individuals suffering from an injury or illness require ongoing medical care past the date of permanent and stationary status or maximum medical recovery.  ADM offers Medical Case Manager experts with experience and expertise in identifying an employee’s medical needs and quantifying the related cost over a lifetime.

Life Care Plans play an integral role in determining present and future costs associated with ill or injured employees.  From in-home care and rehabilitation, to durable medical equipment and supplies, to medical consultations and ongoing care, every area must be considered when calculating the true cost of an employee’s illness or injury.

A Life Care Plan is intended to address eighteen areas in a person’s life, which can be affected by a disability.  These areas are:

Not every ill or injured employee requires assistance in all of the above areas. However, one of the keys to understanding the impact of a disability is recognizing how the disability will affect the employee on a daily basis.  ADM’s Life Care Planner is charged with addressing all of these issues while determining the most effective way for the individual to resume a productive lifestyle.
