Tasks Assignments can be an extremely cost effective tool to add to your existing Telephonic Case Management program, while providing answers to difficult cases claims professionals encounter everyday throughout.

 

Upon assignment, the ADM Case Manager will contact the referring party and discuss the issues surrounding the case and the expectations from the Task Assignment.  A comprehensive task goal will be discussed and agreed upon and the ADM Medical Case Manager will visit the claimant and the provider’s office to ensure the proper direction of the case is addressed, as well as any other issues the referring party would like the Case Manager to address.  Additional visits can be requested after staffing the results of the visit with the referring party.
