Field Case Management Services

One of the most effective ways to achieve cost containment and reduce the financial impact of workplace accidents is to implement Medical Case Management. On-site Medical Case Management helps establish appropriate medical treatment plans for allowed claim conditions to facilitate optimal case outcomes. Medical Case Management allows for direct contact with the injured worker, providers, physicians and employers to eliminate any unnecessary wait time for treatment requests, services coordination and ultimately a return to work.

Collectively, our Medical Case Managers have an average of over fifteen years experience in the workers’ compensation industry alone. This experience and expertise includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Clinical assessment
  • Medical planning and goal setting
  • Case planning
  • Medical terminology
  • Musculoskeletal & catastrophic injuries
  • Physician and ancillary provider communications
  • Return-to-work coordination
  • Physical/Occupational therapy and work hardening

Many of our Case Managers hold one or more of the following professional, advanced certifications: Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) and/or Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).

Our Case Manager’s industry leading experience surpasses the competition and allows the Case Manager to effectively interact with employees, providers and employers, while providing the services needed to return employees to work in a safe, cost-effective and timely manner.
