Advanced Disability Management (ADM), a women-owned and operated company with more than 36 years of experience in workers' compensation, has launched a new Medical Case Management Oversight product, signaling a strategic shift from direct case management to a scalable oversight model.
The company announced the move on February 23, 2026. According to ADM, the oversight product is designed to strengthen file quality, ensure billing and documentation consistency, and improve outcomes across medical case management programs—without replacing case managers, but strengthening them.
Andrea A. Adams, MS, CPDM, Owner, President & CEO of ADM, emphasized the company's foundation in vocational rehabilitation and its 26 years of direct medical case management experience. "Our direct case management experience gave us an inside view of what drives outcomes and what creates gaps," Adams said. "That experience is the foundation of our oversight model. We set clear expectations, confirm timely action, and support defensible documentation—so carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers get the consistency and accountability they need."
The oversight program reviews invoices, activity notes, and reports against measurable expectations. Practitioners evaluate whether billed time is supported by documentation, tied to meaningful case progress, and consistent with standards for communication, follow-through, and timely action. The program flags weak notes, repeat activity, delays, and unsupported billing early, before they become cost drivers.
ADM has highlighted a key differentiator: transparent fees with no percentage-of-savings billing. "We are aligned with outcomes, not cuts," Adams noted. "Our goal is to protect the value of medical case management while ensuring the work performed is appropriate, documented, and aligned with the claim strategy."
The oversight offering builds on ADM's roots in job demands, employer consultation, and vocational assessment. The company also continues to provide Return-to-Work solutions informed by its vocational rehabilitation heritage.
