ADM was founded in Vocational Rehabilitation—a field built on understanding essential job functions, matching capabilities to real job demands, and helping injured workers return to work safely and appropriately. That discipline became our DNA: we don't just ask whether someone is recovering; we ask whether that recovery is connected to concrete work options. It's a distinction that has shaped every claim we've touched for 36 years.
Twenty-six years ago, ADM expanded into Medical Case Management, bringing that same work-focused lens to the clinical side of workers' compensation. We started by providing direct case management services—experience that gave us an inside view of what drives outcomes and what creates gaps. Over time, we evolved into Medical Case Management Oversight: a scalable model designed to improve consistency, documentation quality, and performance across files and programs, without replacing the case manager—we strengthen them.
Today, ADM remains women-owned and operated. We partner with carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers to strengthen case management execution, enforce billing and documentation standards, and support Return-to-Work strategies grounded in decades of vocational rehabilitation and claims expertise—not theory, but practiced experience.
