Andrea Adams is the President, CEO, and founder of Advanced Disability Management (ADM). Over the course of her 30+ year career in Workers' Compensation, she has led ADM in managing thousands of medical case management and vocational rehabilitation cases, with a consistent focus on claim performance and practical Return-to-Work outcomes.
Andrea's career began as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and she has long championed the importance of timely, work-focused intervention. She has trained counselors and case management professionals in best practices for vocational strategy, employer coordination, and effective return-to-work planning—setting clear standards for quality, consistency, and results across the organization.
Andrea is also frequently retained as an Expert Witness, providing credible analysis in cases involving transferable skills, labor market data, wage loss, earning capacity, and Return-to-Work feasibility. Her ability to translate complex vocational and medical-legal issues into clear, well-supported opinions has made her a trusted resource for claims professionals, attorneys, and employers.
A recognized industry educator and speaker, Andrea has delivered seminars and CEU trainings for workers' compensation professionals and has provided public speaking and instruction for organizations that utilize medical case management, disability management, and Return-to-Work programs.
As CEO, Andrea provides end-to-end leadership for ADM—overseeing team development and training, strategic planning, client consulting, service design, marketing strategy, and ongoing research and development to ensure ADM's programs evolve with industry demands. Her leadership is grounded in ethical professionalism, practical execution, and measurable outcomes—driving a culture of accountability and collaboration that strengthens partnerships across claims teams, providers, case management teams, and employers.

K. Wade Adams | CFO & CTO
With 36 years in workers' compensation and 26 years managing Medical Case Management programs, Wade has been responsible for training case managers, implementing reporting standards, and developing ADM's proprietary case management program. He has crafted industry-leading best practices in case management, billing, and reporting that support consistency and defensibility across files and programs.
Wade is an expert in Return-to-Work and program integrations for reduced TTD, job accommodations, employment classifications, and expert testimony in both civil matters and Workers' Compensation Appeals Board proceedings.
Adrianna D. Adams, BS | Director of Marketing
Adrianna brings strategic communications expertise to ADM's marketing and brand development. A graduate of Texas Christian University (TCU) with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications, she has over six years of experience in the workers' compensation industry—combining marketing best practices with deep knowledge of claims, case management, and the audiences ADM serves.
Her work focuses on connecting carriers, TPAs, employers, and risk professionals with ADM's oversight and Return-to-Work solutions through clear messaging, industry education, and targeted outreach that aligns marketing outcomes with ADM's commitment to measurable, defensible results.
